I know this is super late but I've been holding back on buying tdb . is it worth the money or shall I just wait until comet dlc and buy that instead of the expansion pass.
edit 1: thanks for 100 replies. I appreciate it and will take all of your advice when I make my decision. Thanks :)

Only for the new weapons, armor, and raid.

It's very worth it. I play a lot and without dark below i would have run out of things to do months ago. The complainers on here are a loud vocal minority. I got the expansion pass with both TDB and HOW and don't regret it. But I'm not 13 years old on $10 allowance.

Bearbeitet von Terible Speling: 4/16/2015 11:54:17 PMHold out till HoW. TDB was ok, but minuscule in comparison. Plus the Devs say the Arena will have massive replay value, which is better than a quick fix dark below

2 AntwortenBuy the Expansion Pass. Most people in these forums are straight cancer and will find SOMETHING to complain about no matter what. I love The Dark Below. It's fun, although not as good as the Vault of Glass, level 32 is fun to achieve, and making fun of Eris Morn's commentating skills is something my mates and I always enjoy. It's worth it. I've gotten a kick out of it so far.

Not worth it.
-
Only for the raid and exotics
-
4 AntwortenNot at its current price no. If you get it on sale for 10 bucks then yes.
-
If you want to keep playing Destiny, then yes.
-
1 AntwortenIf you raid yes, if you dont no. Also i would probably just buy TDB and not the Season Pass since we have no idea what the HoW is gonna be aside from a PvP based game mode and something they call "The Prison of Elders" that they wont talk about for weeks.

1 AntwortenAbsolutely, for the price of about five coffees.

6 AntwortenIn its entirety NO. You only get a second raid that is WAY below par and three story missions that take an hour to complete. Now that the VoG is getting buffed in every way it's not worth it. Buy HoW, it will have more bang for its buck, just no raid which is okay imo

You practically have to

3 AntwortenProblem is that Bungie basically force you to buy it in order to play parts of the game. Whole game is completely -blam!-ed in that respect.

2 AntwortenBearbeitet von Lizard King: 4/17/2015 2:14:38 PMCrota Raid is extremely easy, you can solo the Raid on normal and you can 3 man HM very easy. Omnigul is a very good horde mode style strike on which you can't run all the way without fighting the enemies. There are total of 3 new story which is completed in less then 75 minutes. Eris Bounties may bring a new PVE event for you but they are basically similar to actual bounties. Playstation also has an additional horde mode strike which i like Undying Mind. This is all Dark Below offers.

4 AntwortenNope. Get out before you're addicted like us.

No, don't do it.

Not wurf

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von .: 4/17/2015 2:19:57 PMSave it for HoW. Don't fück with that fu fu lame shit TDB. Crota sucks, the story sucks, and if you don't complete Eris' one quest with the urn, she'll bitch at you the whole time if you don't do it. Crota just straight isn't fun unless it's your first time and you complete in under two hours. If it takes you longer leave. But yeah it's so late into TDB, I would just wait for HoW. Although you can only play one raid, it's the good raid. Edit: I would even wait a little more to see if they buff Crota or something and just buy the season pass. If Crita is useless then definitely HoW. But if they buff it, think about season pass. Or you could play Call of Du... XD LOL

Absolutely :) put your hater blockers on!

Absolutely.

Yes, it's pretty much not worth playing if you don't have it.... The amount of gear and weapons is awesome

3 AntwortenYes! Best dlc of Any destiny game I've played
-
If you like the game, buy it. If you don't like the content, at least you'll have new exotics to use.
