...and I gotta say it was actually fun again. Hell I didn't even get mad when I got killed by a shotgun again. And the timers are a nice touch, you have to be close to even see them anyways. Now when I die I actually feel like it's because they were more skilled then me at that moment, instead of feeling it was pretty much because of a shotgun.
I never complained vocally about the shotgun thing(well until now) but I always thought it was a bit of an issue. Sure there's invective and universal remote but they had to give their exotic slot for it, so I don't even mind that. Also now that ammo's a bit limited, I'm actually taking the time to aim my sniper instead of spamming the body for a quick two shot kill.
What are your thoughts on the 1.1.2 crucible?

2 AntwortenI like it but I feel like the people who enjoyed sniping got screwed by the shotgun whores. Can't have cake AND eat it I guess
-
1 AntwortenI don't know about a lot of other players but I am God awful at crucible! Like I've had the thorn bounty for months and have both epilogue and word of crota and still can't get it
-
1 AntwortenThe auto rifle nerf has to be undone to stop the Thorn fest.
-
1 AntwortenStill absorbing it. I find the new sights and sounds of the ammo spawns a little distracting. Soooo many proximity rockets.
-
The flow has for sure changed and the mid range part of the game is much better......
-
1 AntwortenMainly play rumble so the ammo change hasn't effected me. Auto's should get buffed though. every gun class is better then them right now.
-
1 AntwortenPersonally, I love the changes. Games feel much more balanced and see myself getting killed by a variety of weapons now. Thorn is OP, but it takes work to get it and do not mind it that much. Have never minded a weapon you actually have to work for and earn being a little stronger. Feel the ammo drops are much better and have done the job of limiting the people just camping or shotgunning. Much more fun. I have never been great at it, but tried to enjoy it. Now I do enjoy it. Just my perspective though. Many others will hate and many others will love it. I am sure some don't care either way.
-
1 AntwortenI love it. The only people complaining are the people that ran around with felwinters.
-
11 AntwortenI pity the fools trying to get thorn now.
-
3 AntwortenI think its pretty good, but I think that scout rifles could use a buff
-
2 AntwortenNow just to bring Thorn and TLW down a notch. I'm good without them, only using them if someone on the enemy team is. But if someone on their side is you HAVE to use it to keep up if they're nearly as skilled as you are.
-
1 AntwortenI think it feels different, the start of the match is normal, but then halfway through the shotguns/sniper fest calms down a lot. Feels like at that point,if you get killed by a special it's because it was the best choice at that time. Not because they have the unlimited ammo of a 1980s action hero.
-
1 AntwortenI can feel the balance. I love it.
-
1 AntwortenI thought it was going to be terrible, but I played a few games last night and I really enjoyed it I think it's much better now. I think the reason I was using a shotgun so much before was to counter everyone else using their shotgun as a primary. It actually took me 5 games yday to do the shotgun pvp bounty, which before the patch would have taken one game. My opinion has be swayed to the good

3 AntwortenBearbeitet von GameBroJeremy: 4/16/2015 7:51:38 AMI actually enjoyed it for once! The only times I wasn't having fun was when there were teams of organized players hiding near the crates to get ammo for their shotguns (that's dirty). I still saw people using them but not as bad as it use to be. The only time I found it fair was when it was a Universal Remote, going around corners, or using it on a very tight map. It feels much better then before.

i had the best time playing the crucible it feels way more balaced i got the shit kicked out of me and went negative pretty much every match but who the kitten cares crucible is fun again
-
5 AntwortenI didn't kill anything with my shotgun :( I had to aim my primary... Sucks... V_V
-
I agree. Feels the best balance I've played.
-
3 Antworten2 player skirmish is still a secondary shit show. Also -blam!- plan c lol
-
2 AntwortenI'm the type player that switches special weapons depending on the way the other team plays, the map, etc.. The patch has completely screwed that up. Now you are basically stuck with whatever special weapon you bring into the match, unless you want to waste crucial playtime hunting down a very limited number of ammo crates. You might get lucky and get there with only a couple seconds on the timer but I I've went entire games and not lucked into one available ammo crate. Either the timer had minutes left or someone beat me to it. On a positive note, it forces everyone to use their primary more. But it's still Bungie forcing its costumers to play a game THEIR way.
-
10 AntwortenIt's better. I'm still concerned about the loss of ammo for snipers, but it did tone down the shot gunning blinkers. I prefer an auto and sniper combo in PvP and I did fairly well. It may be just my impression but The Last Word was more common than it normally is and seemed harder to counter.
-
2 AntwortenI love it, personally I never touched my secondary ( sniper ) So it didn't affect me
-
Love it, one of the best things destiny have done
-
1 AntwortenI like it. Been playing crucible for an hour or so... only thing lacking to really make it fun is tone down Thorn and TLW a bit..TLW fires so darn fast that I only hear one shot and they've put 4 in me and I'm instantly dead... needs tweaking. Thorn poison is just annoying... not tooooo OP but annoying. Fix it so it stop regen but doesn't do additional damage in pvp

1 AntwortenIt just occurred to me that the change in ammo drops is going to make scavenger a bit more useless on gunslinger. Anyone experience that yet?
