Your level 32, your connection is good and you melee a level 29, they take little to no damage, or it takes several melee hit to kill, yet they hit you once and you die with full health? Or maybe you have a high impact shot gun that you know is a one shot kill, but against some players it does half damage? Chances are you have run into a hacker. Players who hack don't use aimbots no more, but they do use hacks that are over looked or blamed on lag or poor connections. Bungie needs to police the servers or give us players tools to police them ourselves above just reporting people. Like a vote to kick system, especially for players with poor connectivity, lastly when a vote or votes are cast against a player they get a warning. Could it be abused, sure but I rather be kicked a couple of time if it will deal with players who hack and cheat.
