lvl 32 butt holes
Why is it that no one will ever help out 31's i mean I wanna beat crota on hard. (Ya'll were there at one point) but every 32 see's a 31 and assumes we suck so you never help us out.

It's pretty much because you can get 32 from doing normal. So peeps see 31 and figure you just want a free ride.

32's don't make the assumption you suck.. they run the numbers. on a raid where you're fighting level 33 enemies.. which is what happens on scrotum's end.. on hard.. a level 32 player does 40% damage reduction because bungie chose to artificially increase the difficulty by handicapping maxed light level players .. by making the enemy a higher level.... now if you're 2 levels under - the damage output you can produce is either 50% or 60% less than what your level 33 enemy can.. at that point, even your gjallarhorn shots, maxed out ice breaker, and maxed out black hammer shots.. really don't mean much of jack shit. it's not that they're assuming you suck.. it's the fact they don't want to carry your ass because you're too lazy to run normal til you get the needed materials to max out at 32. it's not being an elitist, a jackass or anything else.. we simply don't want to carry your ass most of the time. we want it to run as quick and painless as possible bc the longer you run the damn thing.. the more glitchy it seems... so you tell me.. if you're looking to run it as quickly as possible.. knowing the rewards will likely suck.. would you rather run it in 20m with a maxed out team.. who may not have gjallarhorns, and all that other shit.. but atleast are leveled as high as they can to put their DPS as high as they can... or.. would you rather slug away at it for an hour or more.. and still get the same garbage rewards.. IF you actually succeed in beating it? ... it's common sense here bud.. it's not personal.. slug it out in normal til you hit 32.. .. then run a normal run as a 32..... turn around and re-run it as a 30 or 31... you'll see what i mean.

Stfu dude, I have helped out so many people on the raid its crazy. Just yesterday I beat hard crota with a 30 and 31! Maybe instead of whinning ahout how mean people are, why dont you try and choose good people to play with. Also the problem isnt being a 32 its not having an item to help you heal, you literally have to play perfect wheb you're at crota or you will die and cause a wipe. Try and understand that it isnt personal, its just infuriating when one person is causing all the deaths whether its an accident or not. If you have the helmet then you should he fine, if not then. Just try and get it.

I never blink when we have 3 32s and 3 31s in a fireteam for Crota HM. However, I got stuck with 5 31s and we couldn't finish the Abyss. Went to Normal mode and finished it first try. Sometimes, level really does matter.

I have all 32 and the only reason I do Crota Hard anymore is to help 30's and 31's. So don't get mad at people just because you can't get a group of people to help you.

I was never at that point. I've never tried Crota hard as a 31. I grinded normal till I got to 32 as to not be burdensome to a team.

Here's what you need to do. Set a day aside for lfg. Lfg the crap out of people. Add tons of people. Get at least a hundred friends. Odds are you will make at least one consistent friend. Having lots of friends on your list will increase your chances of getting invited to raids. Join a clan. Just get to know people. Be a friendly guy and just have fun. It's a game so treat it like one.

They may not do as much damage but they can help and most of the ones i play with help a lot and it doesn't bother me at all. I would recommend having a couple 32's with you however. That being said, it can be a lot easier with all 32's if everyone knows what they r doing.

The raids been out since December how the hell are you not 32 by now ? You must be shit it you can't get that, and no rng is not that bad you will get 3 pieces of gear if you've been arsed to do the raid for that long scrub.

My clan helps 30 an 31's i can solo crota like most people. Same with the rest of the guys i run with. We dont care what level you are or what weapons you use. As long as you are high enough level to get in the raid we will help anyone. Just need a mic an common since. Ad me if you're on PS4 happy to help anyone who's not a douche bag.
