I purchased Destiny 2 Legacy Collection from PSN for almost $80. I’ve spoken to PlayStation Support multiple times and did all the steps to get the game to work. I’ve restored the licenses on my PS5, reset my
PS5, deleted and reinstalled the game. PlayStation said that I should reach out to you guys because they won’t refund me my money. I just want to play the game.

When you install the game, all DLC content is installed as standard regardless of ownership - meaning if you purchase DLC you will not see a separate download. If that's what you were looking for, it isn't needed. Is the game not running at all? If so, does it give an error message? Is the game running, but you can't access a certain activity? Which activity and what does it say?
