Nerfing brightdust payout is disgusting
Really bungie?
You want people to play the game but you shadow nerf the new order so that it now only rewards 10 brightdust instead of 50? And the other orders don’t reward crap now?
One more thing bungie, one more bs thing and this game is going back into the trash bin and getting uninstalled again.
You cant give players any one thing, to make our quality of life better while hackers run and control PvP and PC players dominate every pve leaderboard by your own design.
Don’t be surprised that when you get back from marathon and start giving a dam about Destiny 2 again, that’s there’s only 10k or less players left. And they’re all hunters playing trials and comp and PvP with their zen Cronus

Bro, those are steam numbers. Console players are actively carrying the game. Quit doom posting player numbers without having all the facts.

Considering they basically complete with normal activity completion, this prevents fomo behaviour. If players want to farm them at 10 bd per, that's on them.

3 RepliesNothing worth buying with it anyways. They just recycle the same handful of shaders. They make Exotic Ornaments applicable to any Exotic, then just stop putting them in the Bright Dust store. What do you even need Bright Dust for in 2026?!?

The 1000 bonus cap is ridiculous Why not just say "We don't want you earning things through playtime and are trying to push silver purchases"

What shadow nerf? They explicitly said the new order goes from 50 to 10 bright dust after you hit the 1000 BD cap. All other orders always stopped dropping BD after hitting the cap.
