Bungie Support Request
I'm submitting this as I don't know what else to do. I believe I know my issue. I had an old twitch account linked to my Xbox account when I first linked my Xbox account to my Bungie account. I am trying to receive the twitch drops for Marathon server slam. Twitch prompts me to connect my bungie account.
Brings me to bungie sign in
I sign in through Xbox option as that's how my sign in is linked.
Shows my Xbox account is linked successfully and is showing the correct Xbox Account
Go back to Twitch and it is letting me claim the drops but is still prompting me to connect my bungie account to twitch.
Going to my connections on Twitch, I do not see bungie as a linked account. I am most positive my issue is what I have stated above with the old twitch account being linked. I have since linked my Xbox account to my current Twitch account with no issue and show that connection but with no change on the Bungie to Twitch linking.
Bungie I would love assistance with an unlinking request.

1 ReplyHi there. To receive Twitch rewards you need to link the Twitch account you are claiming the rewards on to your Bungie profile. Linking it to your Xbox does not create a link with Bungie. On Bungie.net, go to your profile Settings, click on Account Linking, and click the Link button next to Twitch. If you have the old Twitch account linked, you can unlink it. After authenticating your login for the correct account, you should be able to receive the rewards.
