I completed the dungeon earlier today with all the requirements. Only Swords, Glavis and, Bows but did not receive the emblem on bungie.net digital rewards. I got the achievement "Cut with dark age old steel, old vengeance mine". I never left the dungeon, never went out of bounds to cut corners and I did it solo. Please tell me this is a bug.
