I used to play a game called Elite Dangerous on console, played it for many years to the detriment of all other games in my backlog. They were building a big expansion that took the game in a new direction and out of the blue they decided to drop all support for consoles and make it PC only. My addiction to that game ended, I returned to my game backlog and suffered no withdrawal symptoms. With what Bungie are doing to D2 I could easily do the same, they are making it easy to walk away.
