I am the same person who wrote the post below.

As mentioned in the post, my fireteam settings are set to public, but when someone tries to join me, the message 'Please enter a valid profile name' is displayed, and they are unable to join. However, my Bungie friends and clan members are able to join me without any issues.

Additionally, I am unable to use Bungie Help. When I log in through the Bungie Help login page, I am redirected to https://www.bungie.net/7, logged out. Even if I go back to Bungie Help after logging into Bungie.net, I am logged out again.
To resolve this issue, I have tried cross-save, set all my linked profiles to public, and unlinked my PlayStation and Epic Games accounts, keeping only my Steam account with active characters, but the problem remains unresolved.
I suspect that there is an error with my Bungie.net account.
The first reason is that I am unable to use Bungie Help, and I assume the problem with my Bungie account is preventing me from logging into Bungie Help.
The second reason is that when my Bungie friends or clan members try to join me, my nickname is not displayed. Normally, a message should appear when they attempt to join, saying, 'Attempting to join nickname#1234's fireteam,' but when they try to join me, it only says, 'Attempting to join 's fireteam.'

The third reason is the message that appears when I attempt to unlink an account. Normally, it should ask me to enter my nickname for confirmation, but I am only asked to enter a blank space. I can only unlink accounts by entering nothing.
Finally, when someone searches my profile in the in-game search, it says that the player cannot be found.
How can I resolve this issue?
