To resolve this issue, I have tried cross-save, set all my linked profiles to public, and unlinked my PlayStation and Epic Games accounts, keeping only my Steam account with active characters, but the problem remains unresolved. I suspect that there is an error with my Bungie.net account. The first reason is that I am unable to use Bungie Help, and I assume the problem with my Bungie account is preventing me from logging into Bungie Help. The second reason is that when my Bungie friends or clan members try to join me, my nickname is not displayed.
