So I've just been banned and no idea why
So here's a bit of background.
I got into this game around 9 months ago and fell in love with this game I have a great group of friends and clan mates from this game and just everything about it until last night.
Now I heavily love raids but not to the point of cheating and or network manulation but I do play on old gen witch may make my game a bit laggy but that shouldn't get me banned? I've sent an appeal and all I've got back is this text that looks like it's been pre writing saying it's out of are control without letting me know why or any warning or like 5 day restriction nah 500 years lol. So now I'm stuck in a bit of a pickle where like idk what to do and I just want to know what the d2 forum page thinks of this if u guys know anything please let me know idc if I get my acc back I just wanna know what has caused this so I can let my friends know not to do it
I would like to make it clear also that I have never cheated or done anything to upset other people in the way I play I don't consider cheating and I never will I just think this is some bull that u can get banned just like that with no knowledge of what has happened and when u appeal they don't even care about u for a game about making friends and all that stuff bungie I want to know why u have done this but I guess it's in ur tos that it's okay lol no idea but I mean 500 years is so exsisve it's crazy
