This is exactly why the pinnacle increase isn't needed. This man spoke nothing but facts. Who cares if it's only 10 levels? We need NEW content, not numbers that add nothing to our power, I think power should be retired. Give us a different leveling system, make some damn innovation. We don't want recycled content and inflation in playtime. Destiny 2 can be so much more than it is. I lowkey think Activision made this game good 💀 quality content at a steady rate, new content instead of recycled activities and reprisals. Why are people insistent on getting vault of glass changes, or garden of salvation? We shouldn't be focusing on old raids, they should use the resources they have to build something new and fun, fun is what this game needs 😴

1 ReplyBut what that post fails to see is that while it means nothing for the vast majority of players, it’s also extremely easily (comparatively) for Bungie to implement compared to completely brand new content. We all want new things. But there is also the Buisness side of the game. Where Bungie needs to implement things with less overhead/dev investment. From that frame of reference, swapping out a few lines of code and pushing the numbers up by 10 each is nothing compared to the cost of dev-ing a new thing that they likely didn’t have the time/budget for…
