I was banned
Dear Support,
I am writing once more to bring to your attention the ongoing issue regarding my Destiny 2 account. As you know, my account has been banned as a result of me being accused of cheating, a claim I have denied and still do.
I would like to make it clear, once more, that I have never engaged in any form of cheating or violation of the game's terms of service. Furthermore, I am confident that my account was compromised prior to this ban being instated. If any unauthorized, illicit or rule-breaking activity occurred on my account, rest assured it was not done by me. Moreover, I take great pride in upholding principles of honesty and fairness, and it is somewhat insulting to find myself in a situation where I am seen as the one in the wrong.
In this context, I am reaching out to your team with the hope that you can see the error you have made and remove this unjust ban. Your attention to my case would be highly appreciated, and I am eagerly waiting for your prompt, hopefully positive, response.

However, there is a process in place for players to appeal their ban or restriction. If an appeal has already been filed, All that can be done, has been done. The form is for appeals only, they do not answer questions as to why or how long. Even if someone did hack your account which caused a ban. Bungie bans the account. The account holder is responsible for any action that happens on it.
