You just KILLED deconstruct.
Dude. This perk was only good because it was like triple tap for non precision weapons. Pulling ammo from reserves just makes it worse rewind rounds in the column where it competes against actual damage perks.

Just look at what they did to striga its dead now because they wanted Necrochasm to be the new ad clear poison gun. Also let's look at the things that didn't get nerfed, it's all the crutch weapons (big surprise). The worst one of all is a certain raid shotgun that is still broken and it was left unchanged.
