Unable to redeem a wish token
I have a wish token in my inventory but when I go to Queen Mara at the HELM to redeem it, nothing shows up. It says, "Sorry, there are no items available here. Please check back during a future visit to see if there is any new inventory." when there's clearly a wish token sitting in my inventory.

That means you were awarded an extra token. You can discard it as you can only use a certain amount of tokens.
