i lost my save

i active the cross save after it i lunch the game on steam i don't found my characters and my hole save gone my main is steam but by mistake i put the main epic and now i amm stock for 90 days is there anything i can do ???

  • Hey there. You have three characters on Steam with around 230 hours of play, but during the cross-save setup, you've chosen Epic as the Active account. Your Epic character, progress, etc is now what you see when you launch the game on Epic and on Steam. I assume you should have selected Steam as the Active set instead. Your Steam characters have not been deleted, they are just dormant and inaccessible. You will need to cancel cross-save, which will re-enable your Steam characters while on Steam. This will apply a 90-day cross-save cooldown before you can set it up again. Once this period elapses, you can set it up, this time picking Steam as the Active set.

    • Hi there, Thanks for reporting. The 90 day wait is mandatory and cannot be bypassed. This occurs if you still have silver in your account while unlinking.

      • Cooldowns are mandatory, Bungie wont intervene to reduce/override it.
