Polaris Lance Catalyst
I have been trying to finish the Polaris Lance catalyst for awhile now, but it won't complete.
I have all the kills, but the catalyst is stuck on 19 out of 50 perfect fifth bullet kills, which I know I've gotten more than nineteen.
I've tried dismantling Polaris Lance and getting it back from collections a few times and I've even tried it with the Polaris Lance I got from Amazon Prime this month.
Is anyone else having this problem?

4 RepliesEhy Guadian, I believe I can help you with this. The second requirement of the Catalyst that asks you to kill enemies with the Perfect Fifth is poorly written. It doesn't count enemies [b]KILLED BY THE EXPLOSION ITSELF,[/b] but those that die [b]FOR THE BURN DAMAGE THAT IT CAUSES[/b]. That's why it seems stucked. You don't have to kill enemies throught the explosion, but be sure that they die because of the burns. Hope this might help you.

Seems it’s known bug got it recently and same kills 100% but somehow zero of perfect fifth kills . I dropped it since Polaris doesn’t synergize as they say with Solar 3.0, only 3x Solar exotics do any concentrating on them ; Jotunn, Skyburners Oath and Prometheus Lens.

1 ReplyGo to the Hall of Wisdom on the moon. There’s a spot where hive continuously spawn in groups of 4 or 5. It’s a great spot for leveling weapons and completing catalyst. I finished the Polaris in less than .5 hours. There’s a couple of videos on YouTube about the exact spot.

If I remember correctly you need to kill enemies with the explosion around the target that explode

I gave up on that catalyst for the same reason.
