Clan Roster not showing up ingame
This started back during the December holidays I believe, but we've been unable to see any members on our ingame roster page since. Makes it a lot harder to see who's online and find folks to play with...
This is on PS4 in EU, and the clan is here: https://www.bungie.net/en/ClanV2/Chat?groupId=2005251
Seems to work just fine on the web site, and people in the clan are still showing clan tag in the game and can join "Clan only" fireteams, but the roster is not showing. (in the directors roster page it is just blank, and on the clan inventory page it shows a spinning circle)

1 ReplyDid this ever get fixed? Same thing happening to me with the clan roster not showing on friends list and on the clan page its just showing the "loading" icon (spinning circle thing). Been like this for the past month or more.

18 RepliesHi there. Thanks for your report on your roster issue. I'm not exactly sure what the issue is here, but your Founder may need to go to Bungie.net on a desktop computer and go to their [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/ClanV2/MyClan]My Clan page[/url] and refresh it a few times.
