Mouse stutter/lag

The problem started a few days ago after playing Destiny 2 for a long time without problems. The problem appears randomly, sometimes i can play before it starts happening. I've tried changing video and other settings, update drivers, use a different mouse(wired since i normally use wireless) and reinstalling the game. It's only in destiny 2 i have the issue, which why i'm here asking for help. Any help would appreciated and thanks in advance. Edit: Anyone else who might have same problem and the scaling fix posted by Kele works for you then remember you might have to just re do that fix if the problem comes back(by re-do i mean changing the scaling options to something else and then back to "no scaling" with the override)

  • Check your mouse Razer snypse put rate 500hz or go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Destiny 2 Destiny 2.exe and luncher go to compatibility and put disable full screen optimization and change high dpi setting and put overide high dpi scaling ON. second option without this up . There is some problem with pulling rate in this game so that why sometimes is lagging. if you have Nvidia ( go to nvidia control panel and Adjust desktop size and position put no Scaling gpu put ON override the scaling mode set by games and programs ON. Thx me later ;)

    • Or just change the plug where your mouse goes.

    • It happened to me, in my case was my mouse dying, but after i realized it i tried everything, using ddu to uninstall nvidia drivers finishing on reinstalling windows. You should try the first option, then, try on pointer settings on the mouse, if none of that options work, reinstall windows, and if even that's not working....just change your mouse.
