At this point, it's either a decision by your raid development team to leave it as it is and let people just get free loot or you can not do it and don't want to communicate to us. Listening....learning....but yet again not doing. I fear for the reason forsaken was a step in the right direction, it takes months for you guys to do anything about it worthwhile that I don't see it happening anymore.
