You might wanna check it out, I was getting full charges earlier today. I thought it always gave a full charge in D2, maybe you had it confused with D1 Skullfort?

Nah I used striker from launch of D2, with skullfort, but haven’t used it since the update to exotics so maybe it got a buff, like the warlock gauntlets. I’ll give it a go later though

Its always been a full melee charge since D2 began, even until now.

that's correct, it has always refilled your melee charge upon kill.
