So I'm playing rift and die, happen to respawn right near my zone just as their runner is coming in to dunk. My trusty suros and I drop the spark runner, then his partner, switch to my Havoc Pigeon and drop a third coming around the corner on Bannerfall. By then I'm pretty hurt and random player number 1 comes up and body shots me with a palindrome. Proceeds to bag. Now what did he do other than shoot poorly that constitutes dropping a bag? I'm all for dropping a decent bag if you do something cool but let's go over what in my opinion, does not constitute bagging someone:
1. Finding me alone in a hallway and killing me with any super.
2. Killing me with a sticky grenade of any type.
3. Killing me with a vehicle (and why would you get out to bag anyway)
4. Bagging in rift after you weren't even the guy to dunk it.
5. Bagging someone in rumble after a crossfire where you didn't even get the kill.
6. Getting revived in trials after the match is over and bagging people you didn't even help kill.
7. Lastly, and this blows my mind, bagging your own teammates.
Now, I think some things do deserve a bag:
1. After I put two shots into the dome of a hunter and he blinks behind me and Chaperone's me in the dome. Give me that bag.
2. Run up on the point and nova/foh/golden gun and kill me and my 3 friends, bag away.
3. Drop me and my 3 buddies with sniper shots and let me see a phantom pop up, bag away.
4. Leap over my suncharge and 3 tap me in the air, bag away and then go get a girlfriend because you're too good.
5. Do that ridiculous trick of shooting your nova bomb up in the air and somehow killing everyone on the other team's heavy ammo, see tip 4 about getting girlfriend and bag away, then dance, then show a crane kick, then go play the lottery.
6. Relentlessly tracking one single player on the other team that bags after every kill, completely ignore the objective and solely focus on killing him with your entire team and bag him for the rest of the game.
Anyway, just my thoughts Guardians. I dislike teabagging and I wish this community wasn't so toxic. Instead of throwing some bags, I wish everyone would just send a compliment to someone on the other team that really put you in your place or gave you an education. Just my two cents!

I've been off for over a year coming back for D2 so forgive me I don't recall. But it's the strike in the C'dome where u end up fighting the big fcking eyeball. Mid strike u have to take out a effing tank. I always liked it when we blew it up. I'd jump on it and teabag it while it vanished... just made me laugh

Bagging your teammates is just for fun. It's awesome to troll them and since I talk to them daily it's funny as hell since I known them. And they will return the favor in some way.

It became acceptable when FPS shooters gave you a crouch feature. My goodness, please grow some thicker skin. Its a video game, not real life. These people literally mean you no harm. Its basically a way to taunt your opponent into making a mistake. Every sport or anything really that has some type of competition will ultimately have some form of trash talk/ etc. Please, do us all a favor, take your feels somewhere else. If someone t-bagging you in a virtual world hurts you or you deem it "unworthy" then buckle up buttercup. The real world is far far worse.

Sure is a lot of talk about Lipton in here.

1 ReplySomeday the gaming industry will bow to the pressure....... .....and remove the crouch command...... Until then......just relax already.

2 RepliesI don't really teabag much. I blow them a kiss or bow sarcastically. I feel that is definitely what gets them angrier judging by the messages I get after the games. lol

You mean an insult. So hate mail in, bagging out lol Dunno man, it's pretty funny living rent free in your head days after the match is over. And if you're the type of person who sends hate mail, - you deserve it lol

1 ReplyI think proper bagging decorum was first established in the great Halo 2 Accords of 2004. Quite a grim year for gamers.

1 ReplyDont die and nobody gonna teabag you ))))

3 RepliesWaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh! I died in a video game and another player kneeled on my corpse, stood up and then kneeled again on my corpse. I better make a whiny post on a public forum about how upset this makes me. I'm sure that won't make me look like a little, hyper sensitive &!+@#.

1 ReplyIt's a virtual character crouching. Who cares either do it back and make a game of it or move on. If it really bothers you then it's stemming from a much deeper problem.

Here's a little story that just happened. I had just recently gotten a god roll AMR sniper rifle so I wanted to use it in the crucible and mess around. I went into the control gamemode for some bigger maps. When the match started, I ran to C flag, knowing someone would rush to it and I waited for someone to come through the door. Sure enough, someone did and I double body shot him and moved on. The game went on and our C flag was being taken so I went to go clear it out. An enemy hunter managed to hit me twice with a palindrome and then the same guy who I killed earlier got the final shot on me and preceded to t-bag me. So I messaged him and said, "Someone's mad lol." Then he said, "you're the one who is salty," and I responded with "Coming from the guy who bagged after a teamshot." And I'm not gonna lie, I didn't do well that game because I was running around with a sniper rifle while I was getting analy -blam!- by hand cannons. And let me tell you that the guy who bagged me literally ran around with fusion grenades and an eyasluna. So it goes without saying that he did better than me. Well anyway, when I brought up the teamshotting thing, he voice messaged me (he sounded like a redneck) getting loud and talking about that's all my team did and said he ran as a lone wolf, when he really didn't, he always had someone close by. I just thought it was a funny little incident and I was laughing the whole time. This community can be pretty toxic at times.

I tbag after I solo super just because I know it will trigger people.
no f given
At roughly the same time teabaggin was deemed fine after any kill.

*sigh* when did being beaten just cause you instantly respawn become acceptable? Stop losing and expecting to win. Simple.

17 RepliesEdited by Teeb: 8/16/2017 10:58:37 AMT-bagging should be a reportable offense Edit: why are some people so offended by this lol. I think we found the t-baggers. It's a joke guys

1 ReplyOnly snipers get TBd over here.....and those rush and run when about to die ToO players. Don't rush at me than run when you getting schooled...it pisses me off
