Hopefully you'll be able to put in certain requirements for who it matches you up with, like you'll only be matched with people who have also selected "mics required" or "light level ----" or whatever

People would still end up afk or refuse to talk. Not to mention squeakers
-
So select "mature" or not "family friendly" to avoid squeakers, you wouldn't have as many AFKs as you see in strikers or crucible because they wouldn't just be queued to start anther raid after finishing one, they'd be sitting down looking for a raid team. The LFG on the forum here asks basically all of those same questions, all they'd have to do is put them in the game.
-
It's still not worth it. You can select whatever you want people to be but they don't have to obey that and join anyway
-
Same with the randoms you find off the forums. I can post "need trials team must have ---- stats" and people will requests to join no matter their stats. Obviously you'd be able to toggle matchmaking on or off but it'd be helpful for some people
-
But you can kick them. Can't do that with matchmaking
-
If they don't meet the requirements then there'll be a way to report that, then move on and try again. It's not the most efficient way to raid, obviously your own team will always be better, but some people need it and instead of spamming the forum with invites they could have a team autonatically
