Naw. Been around since beta.

1 ReplyBeen around since the alpha, and still a huge fan of this game, but really wish they would open it up. You have two great raids that nobody really runs anymore because the gear is obsolete. Why not update those raids to drop weapons/armor with the new stats? Imagine having 3 raids to choose from (and a 4th when RoI drops) along with all the weapons and armor to grind for. Sad to see all that awesome content going to waste.

1 ReplyI found it was easier for me to enjoy this game when I settled on only using 1 character. It's been around since Destiny Release Night and it's accomplished 100% of the quests/challenges available. I found myself getting bored doing the SAME quests over 3x just to maintain 2 alts that I honestly didn't enjoy using in the first place. I started to hate the game as a result. I occasionally think about re-making a Titan and Hunter, but I realize it's just not as much fun as my Warlock - I'd just have the classes to simply have them. That's not fun to me. I play the raid once a week and play the weekly heroic with my friends over the rest of the week. Sometimes I get additional 335 strike drops - it helps to balance out the limited raid runs I have. Do I miss having access to the Bubble or the Tether? Not really, because those neat abilities are tied to classes that I don't really have time to use or don't enjoy using.

16 RepliesI'm 55 and have had a lifetime love of video games. I started on PONG back in 74 and have spent many hours in arcades (a master of Robotron if I may say so myself) and many dollars on consoles and games. I've owned most of the consoles and many of the games over the years. I still get on the "hype train" and try new ones as they come along. Without a doubt Destiny has been my favorite. My family has bought 3 Xbox Ones because of Destiny and now even my wife is hooked. She's never held a controller before in her life and now she's a level 40 Titan. Her bounties are the first thing she wants to do when she gets home from work. Yeah, it's been a great ride and we hope it will be for a long time.

Edited by Damon, peppermint werewolf: 8/24/2016 5:28:27 PMI love this game to pieces and I adore each and every one of my Exos.

I still love this game, it's just that it gets a little stale and I need a break for a while then I'll come back.
-
I'm a legacy player. Still a bit miffed about the companion, and site not catering to us anymore, but I still love the game. I'll upgrade. I'll grab collector's edition RoI. I'll see this game to the end. I saw the birth of a series I genuinely enjoy, and love. Screw all nay sayers. You think I'm gonna let your negativity get in the way of my enjoyment? HA! Shove it somewhere else. Perhaps up your ass, next to your head. And before you say "Well if you just listened you would understand why it su-" Ah ah ah! I'd love to. But I am not flexible enough enough to put my head where your's clearly is. Right. Up. You guessed it! Your ass.

Hell no, this game is great! I can't name a single other game that has kept me playing since release.
-
3 RepliesThere's a reason why it's the most played game on consoles, regardless of the hate which some of it is warranted it's a great game play experience and is very satisfying to play Yes I love it, I've had a long break but I love it
-
3 RepliesI am madly in love. I never get bored with the game can stay on it for hours. Only thing wth is up with this week's nightfall?
-
1 ReplyCringe

Haven't played in about 6 weeks and won't play again until rise of iron. Game has been stale for a long time, especially if you don't like the crucible. Forums are the most entertaining thing about this game to me at this point in time

5 RepliesDestiny is a good game. But it's dry. There's never enough content. The game could've been a much better, and things such as cut content, lies, and reskinned content are still occurring today, which is a major problem that will probably never be fixed because it makes money. Usually Bungie will reply to dumb things or money making ideas, never addressing any bullshit they've pulled or revealing anything that may cost them. And when people get angry, they ignore or condescend.

7 RepliesEdited by Cowboybebop: 8/23/2016 5:32:06 AMYou don't have to not love a game to realize it's a waste of time when it's dead. Actually, that's not called love, thats called being addicted. Keep riding the dead horse bud.
-
61 RepliesYou are what's wrong with this game and the reason we won't ever get what we really want in this game until we all spend a small fortune.
-
1 ReplyThe game itself isn't that bad. My only problem with it is that I look at it, and see how it could be soo much more. The game developer on the other hand has made more than a few controversial decisions.
-
Of course!
-
Loved it at beta and love it now!
-
I still really enjoy Destiny
-
I take time off occasionally to catch up on other games. It's great when you come back after awhile. Probably one of the biggest reasons I play is that my wife likes to play Destiny too. Nothing brings your relationship closer than teaming up and knocking out enemies together. Probably had more laughs and fun playing Destiny than any other game (although Borderlands 2 was a blast too, still love that game!!).
-
I loved it.... Now it's a little boring.... Rise of iron = Love rekindled? .... Most definitely!!! My advice: go play some no mans sky... That game gets so repetitive and boring so quickly that when you pop back on destiny it's fast , fresh, and exciting..... For a day or two. Lol
-
Will continue loving it, unless destiny 2 is a recycled cluster fuuk of same disreguard for what the customers want
-
I have been playing since ALPHA and still love the game. I have taken a few breaks but it's been my main game for most of that time. Absolutely my favorite PS4 game.
-
It's like RDJ said. "It's like I have a loaded gun in my mouth, and I like the taste of metal."

2 RepliesCame back to Destiny after a bit of a break playing The Division and can safely safe it's been one of my favorite games on Xbox One. I know there are times of grind but I generally enjoy all game modes and types it has to offer.
