Are you signed into the Microsoft store website on the account that owns The Taken King?

Yes, Sir. I believe Death may be onto a point with the console sign in. But I do have Destiny Base, TTK digital on my account and confirmed signed in. Still a grayed out box. and Cursor hovering is a stop symbol.

[spoiler]I'm no sir ;)[/spoiler] I know some users are having issues purchasing from the website and agree you should try your console store. If you do continue to have an issue purchasing you will need to contact Microsoft.
