These young little furless Cubs out here talkin bout "I just can't get anything I want!" Wahhh Wahhh Wahhh..talk to me when you spend days, weeks farming for gear and finally get a legendary engram, take it to the cryptarch (when there was only one, and he was an a**hole), and have him take your legendary engram and give you a blue piece of gear instead! That's right. He downgraded you, and then had a quirky line like "Wow! I haven't seen that in ages!" I still have night terrors! I wake up in a flailing frenzy, screaming out to Mara Sov for justice. My girl has to be the big spoon, stroke my head, and remind me that he's been patched and the dark days are over. Then she gets me a glass of prune juice, and bottles my tears into a vial for when I play crucible and my wired connection suddenly jumps to a 120 ping and I go from green barred to instant red bar.

Camping the ledge on the nexus strike. Atheons epilogue was only decent in the thorn bounty and void burn nightfall. Getting kicked back to orbit when you wiped a nightfall. Brutally good times.

34 RepliesMy first legendary weapon took me 2 weeks to even fully upgrade. 2 weeks! Nowadays, kids get a gun, unlock it with motes and are like "Geez mom, dish gun shucksh. I want an Eyashluna with maksh range or I'm quiting!"
