Go back 12 years and grind WoW, you kids dont know what a grind is. Ur so called raids tend to give gear most the time. Heck i did Oryx a handfull of times and got geared, imagine a raid with 25 or 40 people, for the ones that remember the 40 mans, where more than a three quarters of players wont get shit. Oh yeah, you will get something, a bigass repair bill...

Consequently many people couldn't hit rank 5 before the week ended. People bailed from matches constantly (and there was no mercy rule back then). It was a brutal grueling week. I got my rank 5. And keep those Iron Regalia gauntlets with pride.

I always laughed when people complained about collecting materials for the sword quest. Boy back in year one that was a weekly thing. We used to raid on Saturday and Sunday, then grind for materials on Monday. You would spend hours just for one gun. You couldn't buy the stuff, you had to farm it
