Yes. It's annoying that players are forced to pull out certain weapons because what they want to use gets destroyed by low life sweaty losers that crutch off of the meta

it have always been a part of the meta. and it isn't gonna change either.. even though destiny have just revealed rise of iron, it is still dying.

There has to be a counter to everything including TLW once rise on iron launches I think thorn will be a good counter depends on how good it is especially the DOT on it if it goes back to 7

I don't use it and do just fine. If I go try hard I use Hawkmoon, eyasluna (which is no where near a god roll), or finnalas peril. I don't find it hard to counter either.

Nah, I use my treads upon stars, Plan C or Long Far Gone, and Bane of The Taken, and absolutely destroy, i get where you're coming from, but I've never ever felt like, weapon balance was so fūcked that you were forced to use a meta weapon

I've discussed this topic with MANY experienced players who went flawless & not. Many agree that the Primaries are not in a good place right now. The return of weapons such as Shadow Price isn't even enjoyable because LOW impacts are what's competing right now on Autos & pulses. (Doctrine, hawksaw, and grasp ETC.) Where many NEVER get these to even drop anymore after the Weapon drop change in Trials for each week that they implemented.. I have played for a LONG TIME & still no Doctrine because of this change. Mida is still the most used Scoutrifle to where people are even tired of hearing it's CLACK CLACK CLACK! While being used at ranges Bungie said weren't suppose to be. Same with Snipers because of what happened to shotguns operation speed. They have BAD range when compared to "Real Shotguns!" While operating SLOWER than Rocket Launchers which are both larger & weigh MORE! Shotguns should not be THIS SLOW! Just as the High Impact autos Kill Time shouldn't be THAT SLOW! Everyone I've discussed this with is TIRED of depending on THE SAME DAMN GUNS OVER & OVER. Even weapons like Inward Lamp ADEPT is CRAP compared to MIDA. Special is becoming the new primary because of what's going on which makes NO SENSE. Primaries are "The Primary Weapon!"
