No, I actually enjoy snipers being more powerful then any rocket launcher on bosses.
Un nerf Thorn! Maybe not all the way back to original but bring the DoT back to normal at least.

But then the whole community will be in an uproar about how it's running rampant in Crucible and being a two tap and walk away gun. However with the new relic that would negate a lot of Thorns burn... I could possibly see Thorn coming back a bit, as much as I hate saying that.
