Vault Space: We Need It.
C'mon, Bungie. There is virtually [i]no[/i] limit to how much space you could give us. It's just an arbitrary number. Please, increase the available space/slots.
With each Expansion, update, etc, the number of weapons, armor, and items has grown. There are lots of things to collect, and any/all of them can be usable. Multiple great rolls on weapons, sets of armor with different elemental and/or ammo bonuses, max light infusion fuel. You [i]know[/i] the current vault space is [i]not[/i] enough. And with no [i]real[/i] reason to [i]not[/i] increase it, it kind of just constitutes a d*ck move on your part.
We, the community, put up with a lot of crap from you, Bungie. (You know it's true, so please don't belittle our intelligence by being churlish enough to try and deny it.) Show us that, just once, you're listening, and you want to do something [i]for[/i] us; something, which, by the way, won't actually cost you anything but one number different in a line of code. It would be such a small effort on your part that would be greatly appreciated by all. Thanks.
Edit: So much hate and salt from people who vehemently do NOT want extra vault space at their disposal! I stand corrected, Bungie. It would NOT, in fact, be appreciated by "all".

The only reason I run out of space is due to the 200 legendary marks limit. My vault is full of legendary crap I won't get rid of unless I need the marks. Can't see any other reason to fill it

2 RepliesIt's not a number in a line of code it's memory space, and eventually access time, and with 4 or more pages of stuff per category there will need to be sorting options, etc.. Bungie addressed the memory issue a few months back, much of it had to do with previous gen consoles. Collecting can be fun for some but deep down you know it's useless in Destiny. It's not part of the game.

3 RepliesI was expecting this to be a necro bump from a year or so ago. How are you filling out so many slots? I don't use hardly any of it. 1.5 pages of weapons, 0 pages of armor, 1 page of other, and I still feel like I'm keeping more than I need to.

I agree. I woudl really appreciate a little more vault space. I'm a day one player and honestly I like to play PvP with year 1 weapons and also I like the designs that is why I store at least one of these weapons and also of the outfits. I'm trying to build up my own little collection inside this game suitable for me and my chars^^ For most of the players this may sound weird but I'm really into this and that's why I'm a keeper ;)

More vault space is an excellent idea! We have 3 Guardians and since they can't use the same armor we do tend to accumulate a lot of things... If that makes any sense to anyone else besides me...

Agreed, my vault is full since TDB era. People who say we don't need it and we just need to throw away stuff we don't use, i have only one thing to say against you: don't tell me how i should play my game, i don't tell you how to play yours either. Btw, does it bothers you that you get a few extra tabs?

Actually now that they have split the code from the PS3 and Xbox 360, why can't we have more Vault Space? Supposedly it was the old gen limitations resulting in needing to squeeze every bit out of the code, so surely there is ample room to give PS4/XB1 users more space now.

2 RepliesNot sure if additional vault space is all that much needed, I guess it couldn't hurt. Looked back at a screen shot from year one when total vault space was just one page broke up into 3 sections weapons armor and general. What we have now is metric -blam!-tons more than what we used to have...... What I would really like (since our vault space is continuing to grow) is for it all to be organized out, just like what we see in out Ishtar commander app.

Honestly to think that vault space won't be increased is probably a redudant idea. I forsee two pages increase on weapons and armor.

Atm I thought legacy consoles were holding stuff like this back.It would be nice to have more vault space but let's be honest there's a lot of things that could be improved,and are at a higher priority to most people.Ive deleted most old raid weapons as I know I can still re-acquire them unlike old IB/vendor weapons.

each vault should be a different company or faction so that we both get more space and it adds more to the game
