Vault Space: We Need It.
C'mon, Bungie. There is virtually [i]no[/i] limit to how much space you could give us. It's just an arbitrary number. Please, increase the available space/slots.
With each Expansion, update, etc, the number of weapons, armor, and items has grown. There are lots of things to collect, and any/all of them can be usable. Multiple great rolls on weapons, sets of armor with different elemental and/or ammo bonuses, max light infusion fuel. You [i]know[/i] the current vault space is [i]not[/i] enough. And with no [i]real[/i] reason to [i]not[/i] increase it, it kind of just constitutes a d*ck move on your part.
We, the community, put up with a lot of crap from you, Bungie. (You know it's true, so please don't belittle our intelligence by being churlish enough to try and deny it.) Show us that, just once, you're listening, and you want to do something [i]for[/i] us; something, which, by the way, won't actually cost you anything but one number different in a line of code. It would be such a small effort on your part that would be greatly appreciated by all. Thanks.
Edit: So much hate and salt from people who vehemently do NOT want extra vault space at their disposal! I stand corrected, Bungie. It would NOT, in fact, be appreciated by "all".

Edited by AyokaiW: 8/2/2016 5:31:51 PMI don't want more vault space, but a way to organize my space by: Weapons: Weapon type (autos, scouts, etc.) Burn Atk lvl Primary/secondary/heavy Armor: Light lvl Type (helmet, gauntlet, chest, boots, class item) Class type (hunter, titan, warlock cause I like thing in alphabetical order....) Misc: Consumables Ghosts artifacts Etc... Edit: At least in the app ffs. Is that too much to ask?! They can do it for the armory but not for our vault.

5 RepliesI wouldn't mind some more vault space too, still haven't brought myself to delete some of the epic year 1 gear that I collected, not to mention some that gear is beyond awesome in regular PvP. BUT!!!! I think we need a feature to have the ability to sort the items in our vault first!!! you know either sort by light level, or by primary/secondary/heavy, weapon type, etc THAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN BUNGIE!!!!! sign if you agree :)

1 ReplyJesus Christ what's with everyone bitching about Bungie being so evil? They made the game you play, they put out patch notes to fix everything y'all complain about unless its statistically wrong, and they're consistently putting out new events and DLC to keep you from exploding from eagerness. Bungie does so much for this game and people just shit all over it for funsies. Y'all need to chill out and look at the stuff it's done since release instead of the 4 or 5 problems it has now.

1 ReplyWho doesn't love more vault space. If I properly managed my vault I would have plenty of space. Fact is I don't manage my stuff. I currently have 6 Colevances Duties in there (not counting the two on my characters and a few more in post master) 3 Soul Stealers claws 8 Iron Wreaths 3 Lethe Nobelesse 4 Crows Eyes 5 Ash Ravens You get the idea Truth is most of those I kept to infuse in to other weapons but all the weapons I commonly use are already 335. I have 1 copy of every raid weapon from VOG, Crotas End, and most of them from TTK (no one should keep that hand cannon or fusion.) The only problem with giving more players more vault space, other than the actual programming code is you eventually have to change the economy of the game again. At this point its just a bank of weapon parts, armor materials and legendary marks. Not to mention they have to come up with a better method of sorting weapons. Bungie wants to keep you coming back for more, not dismantling old stuff just to buy the new versions day one. Just my thoughts. I'm not totally opposed to more vault space but I don't really see a problem with the current amount.

2 RepliesAm I the only one that kept Year one raid/Iron banner gear/Year one faction gear? I have nearly no space to put all of the new chrome gear without deleting the year one stuff. As for guns and inventory space I have some wiggle room.

1 ReplyThey need to basically triple the space for weapons, double the space for armour and add 50% to the other section. I play this game tons, I never really have issues with armour but I still have over a page filled, but weapons is always filled, and it is really annoying. It sucks I have to have nearly inventories on all of my guardians 24/7 just to fit everything in the vault. I really hope they increase vault space tons ;-;

Bungie, Bungie, Please Hear This Guy, he Speak From the Heart of Destiny and to All the Guardian among the universe, also hear me when i say, and must be done, [only if Possible]!! make a Button where we can Dismantle Stuff while is in the Vault in stead of Transferring to the character, also a certs of button where you can auto lock everything in the vault, which can be done in so many ways you want..thank you for listening with all the B.S you ignored..

agreed- copy and paste of post I made from last week- Those salty enough to deny we need more space are clearly uninterested in maximizing gear. New goal I sot attempt 12 tier for sublimes- not easy at all! Vault Space... Maybe I'm out of the loop and a tad off my rocker, but why is it that in relation to the arsenal of weapons and gear to be had in this game we get a micro sized vault in which to store our booty? There can be so many improvements to the amount of space, but more importantly a sorting/filing option that has been achieved with apps like Ishtar Academy would be highly desired. I would love to be able to access my vault and instantly find my row of hand cannons or Warlock gauntlets, etc. I was excited to see it expand in the April update, but let's face it, the lack of space is still an issue. Let's look at it from this angle- tier twelve builds are the way to go to max out performance and there are several ways to achieve this. I have been working the 5/5/2 on my Hunter and 2/5/5 on Warlock. For each character there are 4 pcs of armor + class item and ghost for a total of 6 pcs. Yes- Artifacts and ghosts are not stored with armor, but can you see where I'm going here? Between IB, Trials, Raid and Strike Gear alone the amount of available space is laughable at best. Not to mention (and I've been a dedicated player since I picked up the game in Dec.), the plethora of firearms is staggering in relation to space available. Even if you could get every current available gun, you would have to pick and choose which to get rid of because there is simply no way to hold them. With all the nerfing going on, can we at least buff the vault? What say you Guardians, am I nuts?
