Has destiny improved?
Haven't played in a while was hoping things got better, can someone fill me in?
I know it says I played 2 weeks ago but that can't be right I deleted the game a month ago

Overall, I would say yes, the game has improved gradually over time. Depending on how long you've been away though you may find that some of your favorite weapons and abilities MAY not be what they used to be. The game is better balanced now than it has ever been, and there will be lots to do if you've been away since before April. The biggest upshot for players who've been away for a while is that max level gear is easier to get than it has ever been. The downside is that the meta may have shifted enough to make you want to change things up, though that's not NECESSARILY a bad thing for someone looking for something new in a familiar game

If you play crucible then the lag is the worst it's ever been. Hopefully it will improve when dlc drops and more players come back?

1 ReplyThere's more balance (unfortunately because of nerfs rather than buffs) but the lag is abysmal and there are still exotics with a distinct lack of uniqueness.

Weapons are generally weaker and less satisfying to use because Bungie has sold their soul to keep PvP players happy since there's not enough PvE content to keep the game relevant in the public eye.

3 RepliesNope... raids have always been fun, but Bungie decided PvP would be more lucrative and focussed all their efforts towards it. PvP is a stale gametype with multiple games excelling far past Destiny. And everyone wonders why Pokemon Go is so huge? It's because all FPSs are the frigging same and we need to continously dump more money into it. MONGO is free and and a reasonably fresh idea. CoD Battlefield Overwatch Even Mirror's Edge's shooter apsects are more fun than Destiny

I'll feel you in... Almost every week at least one thing is broken. Pvp is more balanced except for supers in my opinion. Guns and perks though are definitely more balanced. You see a broader variety. More people snipe so now everyone complains on a daily basis about it. Pve is better after the buff to supers in that aspect. Which took forever to be addressed. Crucible lag is still complete trash. One game is perfect and the next will have half a team of teleporters. People still get dropped out of match because of error codes. Hopefully rise of iron isn't a repeat of this expansion

I think the experience is excellent , loads of content and things to do. Certainly beats my Commodore 64

1 ReplyIt could be better, but that's just my opinion. Honestly though it's one of the best games out right now I think. What else is there to play? GTAV? Boring as watching grass grow. Fallout? When mods come to the game I'll definitely give it another shot. A MMOBA kind of shooter? Eh, it lacks the PvE that destiny has. I've been thinking of giving ESO another go.

3 RepliesGeneral improvements in the ways u get loot but overall y2 content has sucked ass, the guns are shit, the crucibles laggy af with terrible maps and even worse spawns, strikes is just people rushing with op swords making them boring.
