What is the best perk roll that has ever DROPPED for you on a weapon?
For me, my 1000 yard stare that dropped with shortgaze and hidden hand (that I foolishly deleted) and/or my lord high fixer with high-caliber rounds, rangefinder, and third eye.

I still remember that Iron Banner where Shaxx sold Felwinter's, I picked up two one for PvP and one for PvE. The PvP one had Shot Package, Rifled Barrel, and Final Round. The PvE one had Full Auto, Shot Package, and Rifled Barrel.
