Close your eyes, imagine the crucible without sniper rifles
How sweet would that feel? Being able to 1v1 guardians with your primary and see who comes out on top.
Being able to peek out of a hallway without having 3 snipers glares staring down at you.
Playing a game of trials where the opponent does not just sit back in their base and snipe.
Shooting your opponent with your primary, without the fear of being magically blained by his sniper.
No more TLW and sniper loadout.
Ohhhh this would be a sweet feeling indeed. I would feel...ummm.... What is that word...? ....... Balance???

Seems like people think it would be a shotgun fest. Doubt it. Shotguns were nerfed since year 1. They don't have the same range, nor is blink as powerful as before.

4 Replies"imagine crucible without snipers" Don't have to, it was called, "Pre HoW Era" Hardly any snipers, at least nowhere near as crazy as it is now. Lots of shotguns, fusion rifles, handcannons, pulse rifles and people bitched just as hard back then too. Then Trials of Osiris came out.. Then everyone started abusing the holy hell out of Final Round and LitC on Snipers, which is why they got nerfed and reworked. Everyone wanted res killing snipers and snipers with high impact/aim assist. Before Trials got popular you rarely ever heard people talking about "aim assist", "god rolls", "KD matters", "ELO" and all that other junk. Want to know why everyone is using the holy hell out of snipers? It started with Trials. 😃

If you take out snipers then shotguns have to go as well and in that case i would be fine but if shotguns were still around and snipers werent I'd quit playing this game immediately.

Imagine crucible without any exotics. No more mida multi scrub or last turd no more no land beyond and 1000yrd double sniper combos. Bunjie needs to give the crucible customized games were we chose to mix modes like 10 mins clash 15 mins control in one game and be able to fix the weapon table. I have these weapons but never use 8/10 of them.

It was called yr 1 blink shotgun bonanza. Remember everyone complaining about that? Before that was the Fusion frenzy, so just learn to roll with the tide and check those lines.
