I know you guys have done weddings... and i know simply posting this here will invite alot of critisim.... But its worth it.
Its my hope that you lot at Bungie, could help me purpose to my girlfriend. Ive gone over so many different methods, and honestly... having someone big like you guys as a part of it just sounds really amazing. The whole... one knee thing just doesnt feel like something she would enjoy... I just want her to feel special. And going out on a branch to a company who really doesnt need to take notice.. feels bigger then just "Hey, will you be my Forever?"
Yours,
A Lovestruck Guardian...
**Edit**
Just figured ill make it known ahead of time,...
I dont want anything out of this from Bungie. No special items or anything.. just help any way they choose to provide.

Bump and good luck.
Try it old school. You know the raid I'm talking about.

VoG!
1 ReplyObviously, Bungie involvement might be a bit of a long shot. It's not quite as glamorous, but what if you organized a raid team of what she thinks are randos and proposed after defeating the final boss. Maybe do it old school, VoG after Aetheon. The rest of the fire team could get in some kind of formation behind you, then your guardian kneels and you pop the question. It would definitely be one of the geekier proposals I have ever heard of, but kind of sounds like something she might like. Sorry, I'm not really that creative when it comes to this kind of stuff. I'm sure someone else can come up with something much better than above. Let's help a fellow guardian out. Anyone?

7 RepliesThat's a very unique idea and best of luck in your proposal! Try tagging cozmo or deej. Also you may have better luck in the destiny or off topic forums.

Rip this idea eh? Was worth a shot. Thanks to everyone who gave me a moral boost. Was amazing to see some of the community wasn't as bad as Id thought. Ill figure something out. Or ill just go basic, as lame as that would be,

1 Reply1. You honestly shouldn't need thier help to propose to your gf, if you two like each other that much she'll be happy to say yes regardless of weather some video game company is in on it or not. 2. What are they even supposed to do for you?

Bump, Im not giving up!

Bump, for a new day, a new hope.

For the reference, yes, we both play the game.
