The first game? Probably Heroes of Might and Magic 2 on the pc. As a note, that's the first time I ever really sat in my grandpa's lap as he played, but he let me use the mouse when I was 2 every now and then. After that, I would play Marathon, and then discovered Pajama Sam, Freddie Fish, Spy Fox, Putt Putt, etc.

Pokemon Yellow! My dad brought me to an EB Games to get a GameBoy SP and I found it in the bargain bin. My brother and I would fight over the new GameBoy we shared as we played through it. I still have that SP and the Pokemon Yellow cartridge. I suppose what also counts is this old Disney Princess point-and-click game that we had back in the late 90's on our eMachines computer. Technically the first thing I finished 100%.

Probably Pac-Man

2 RepliesEdited by Superpug: 7/6/2016 2:15:26 PMI honestly can't tell you. The first game(s) I remember I had were some NASCAR game for PS1, a fishing game that had a custom controller for PS1, some Tank on alien planet thing that I think was on PS1, and a Spider-Man game on a Gameboy where you had to deliver pizzas. I don't know which I had first.

1 ReplyWhy are their two of these post? Anyway, first game I played was a stupid bowling game on a go-phone. It blew my mind that I could control the screen. Then I got a PlayStation 2 and played classics like GTA San Andreas and Sly Cooper. I also got a PlayStation and Sega Dreamcast, which were already old (think 2004) when I got them. I don't even remember any games on my PS1. I do remember Sonic Adventure and Jet Grind Radio on my Dreamcast.

Wish I still had it.

Star Wars Battlefront 2 on PlayStation 2... I miss it

I think it was a tank game on Intellivision back in the 80s.

I wanna say Halo 2 on the original Xbox console but I could be wrong

Hunchback on the Amstrad.
-
Super Mario Bros on SNES
-
Street Fighter 2

Pong :) But the first game I played and truly enjoyed and got hooked on gaming was Super Mario Bros on NES ;)

I think it was Xargon, but it's pretty hard to remember stuff from that long ago. Super Mario 64, Super Smash Bros., Diddy Kong Racing, Need for Speed 3 and Banjo-Kazooie could also be the first ones. I remember few things from when I was 3, and I have exactly one memory from when I was 2.
