Make year 1 armor infusable
Okay, I understand why most Year 1 weapons need to stay year 1, popularity/elemental primaries, but why not just update all the year 1 armors.
I mean, no armor that's legendary really has anything that make any OP, many people just like the looks of old armor, especially the cloaks.

8 RepliesPeople wouldn't use year 2 armor anymore, trials, PoE, and old raid gear had special ammo on them which is far better than the stuff we have now.

I thought all the elements were taken off the primaries? Either way, I'd love to see this happen for the armor. I still have some good looking stuff for my hunter and warlock.

2 Repliesnow that's silly and worthless for year 2 players, none of the old content in destiny rewards you with year 1 weapons / armor, I have 2 weapons from year 1 and 1 armor from year 1 and that's playing all 3 characters non stop for 1000hours, VOG / Crota rewards are none existent after first time and I would also add anything that you get bellow 330 light is worthless doesn't have any stats, you'll be wasting 335 weapons / stats to infuse gear that puts you at disadvantage what you want bungie to do is bring all year 1 armor and year 1 weapons to good stats worth infusing to 335 so that wont happen

9 RepliesLegacy Slots for armor or Transmogrification is all you need. Wear whatever you want over the stats you want. I pick my armor based off of the way it looks. Most of the time the gear I use has perks and stuff I don't even want, so it'd be nice to use that ugly chest with the good perks, and use the aesthetic of an armor I like the look of. The the VoG chest piece for example.. one of my favs on the warlock.

Yes please. I never really understood this. Year 1 gear doesn't have any "gamebreaking" abilities like some of the year 1 weapons did, nor would year 1 gear offer any significant advantage over year 2 gear users. The only thing Bungie has to do is adjust the intellect, discipline, and strength, and raise the light level. Just give me my year 2 Deathsingers Gaze Bungie! Please!

4 RepliesI would question how many players this change would affect, I can only guess that like me many players have dumped all year one gear, there will be a few that keeps some but would you not like Bungie to work on other areas of the game than old gear?

I'd prefer a cosmetic slot only because my favourite armour set is white armour, so I doubt I'd be able to infuse it.
