Still, "canceling PvP" wouldn't make a difference. It must be hell of a day for the devs over there. From experience, a mess like this would take a chaotic day in the office to find the source of it, if that. Don't get me wrong, someone definitely messed up. But at least it happened on a fairly empty week, and not after the next DLC dropped. At least it wasn't the Division's level of f[i][/i]uck up.
