3 RepliesThe nerf on Doctrine/Soulstealer/other high RoF autos isn't even that bad. I think if you break it down, it only equates to 2-3 more bullets required to kill, which realistically, coming out of one of those hoses, doesn't take much longer. I still love my Soulstealer. Unless I get an amazing roll, all my grasps are going into infusion.

1 ReplyEverything will mellow out. It's just a fad for now. The fact that players were able to farm for it all week with omnigul being the nightfall is the biggest identifier. Similar to weekends when xur sold red death in year 1.

This is the same thing that happens every time there's a weapon easily available to players. This is no different from if Xur sold a weapon that players want. It'll die down in a week or so.

2 RepliesWhen it's easy to get its easy to get. However after 5 hours of farming I didn't get a good roll. Luckily I had my no farm single drop version from back early in ttk. Counterbalance, spray and play. Braced frame. I'll only abuse it if that's all I see in ib and trials.

5 RepliesI called it the second the Doctrine nerf was announced. The sweats will migrate to the next best gun, which was the Grasp. Then once people started noticing, and after Omnigul was conveniently the Nightfall this week, everyone and their mother has one. At least most dont have a God roll. Including me, except I dismantled mine a while ago. Intrigued to see what the next OP gun of choice will be after Grasp, when it inevitably gets nerfed.
