The fee should be $10-children on an T rated game are an absolute nuisance-they're always bugging you around and assume that they're "funny" or "cool". Then again, there are the 12 year olds who claim that they are, in fact, mature. However, this is impossible. I have yet to observe a child that lacked maniacal behavior. Well, for one, we can use what age they put into their account. But of course, many people lie about their age, so we can also use voice samples to identify them as a child. The best method is by far using the Kinect camera (And whatever PlayStation uses) to see the player.
