"I joined the program when I was twelve years old."
She turned the knob to the door, looking outside of the room. Empty.

-
"Old enough to kill." She steps into the hallway. "I don't age. But I've been alive for twenty-one years."
-
"Old enough to kill that's for sure..." He mutters the next part under his breath. "In more than one way.." He addresses her again. "So... Why did you join?"
-
"Join? Join what?"
-
"Your program to... Become a cyborg..." He says.
-
"I didn't do it by choice. I was a child soldier. Trained to kill from my very first breath. And I was good at it. Still am, in fact."
-
Edited by cyberattaq: 6/12/2016 5:04:43 AM"Yes I've got no doubt about that..." He says quietly. "Did it hurt.. Becoming a cyborg?"
-
"No. They put you to sleep. Getting used to the changes was the hardest part. Growing up was, too."
-
It sounded rough... All he had known was an easy and spoiled childhood... A rich family, parents... "Do you not like who you are now?" He asks, then pauses. "I'm sorry if these questions make you uncomfortable..."
-
"I have no problems with who I am. I accept my past, my history, and I don't let it slow me down."
-
She sounded very thoughtful.. Which he liked. "Do you often interact with people like this? Or are you more of a 'lone wolf'?"
-
"I don't have a lot of friends. You always ask this much questions?" She sighs. "What am I saying, it's not like I have anything better to do..." She continues walking with him. "I guess the pirates mostly returned to their ships. Makes it easier to get them all. I recommend speaking while we still have time."
-
"Sorry,.. I want to get to know you better is all." He thinks. "Favorite color?"
-
Jesus... She thinks to herself. "Red. Crimson Red."
-
"Mine is red to." He says, he should probably stop. ”I'm getting annoying with the questions aren't I?" He says with a smile.
-
"Annoying? Not at all. Distracting? Yes." She put her hand on the hilt of her blade. "Trouble ahead. Hide."
-
He nods, hiding himself sufficiently, waiting for her to do what she did best. Her answer gave him some confidence, he should continue with the questions but, at a more convenient time.
-
Two little black panels slid down on her face, then she turned invisible. They were in the central room, where Aaron was before running to hide. The Pirates were in groups, going back to their ship. In tow, they had valuables, money and prisoners, who would most likely end up in slavery or human trafficking. But not today. "Let's get out of here already and blow this place up. I'm tired of seeing these rusty ass walls." One of them complained, as he oversaw the prisoners. One of these said prisoners, a small boy, manage to break free of his bonds and run away. He didn't run far, though, before striking an invisible spot. The pirate simply chuckled and shot at the boy, but the bullet was slashed apart in mid air... "What the..?" Not too long of a moment passed before Light uncloaked while standing on his shoulders. She drove her blade through his body, cutting him in two halves, blood spraying everywhere. She looked at the prisoners. "Go." It didn't take them long to follow the word of the woman. Quickly though, pirates came out of the airlock to fight her.
-
Aaron watched her grace with awe, she was flawless in everything. "Wow..." He whispers to himself.
-
The Pirates ran out to the room to shoot her down. While some stood back to fight her with guns, some ran at her with swords to attempt at killing her. She ran forward, weaving her sword in an infinity pattern in front of her, deflecting the ranged attacks. As soon as any of them got close, their fate was sealed. No amount of armour or strength mattered. The blade cleaved through them like they were absolutely nothing, cutting them into pieces, sending blood gushing everywhere around the room and onto her. They began loosing hope as they were killed one by one or in pairs. To kill those at a range, she ran across them with her blade held sideways. She ripped off all of their spines, crushing them all in one blow, feeding her energy.
-
It was beautiful in a macabre sort of way, a dance of death. He watched, eyes wide the whole time.
-
She looked back at him for a moment, he could see the red glare in her eye, the call for blood. She ran into the pirate ship. Struggle was heard, the sounds of heated combat. Interminable minutes passed, until the explosion could be felt shaking the station. A trail of smoke flooded through the airlock, and out walked Light.
-
"I assume they're all dead..." He calls down.
-
She sheathed her blade, she was walking in that pace she always did. Strong. Confident. Graceful. "Yep. Nothing left of them."
-
"So... What now?" He asks.
