I'm thinking that Rise of Iron will entertain us for 6 months, and then in Spring 2017 we'll get a "Legacy Update" before Destiny 2 comes out.

4 RepliesNo. It isn't even close to as good as it was in year one, then again, nothing is. Guns no longer feel powerful in PVE like they used to (Supers too).

I doubt it will be the same as the first year ghally considering how powerful that was.

4 RepliesI've read enough of these comments to feel it necessary to explain this: You preorder to get the quest to unlock a new black gjallarhorn. The quest will not be difficult because they never are. It's not a single mission, but if you preorder and want it you will certainly get it. That's for the black gjallarhorn. If you have the old gjallarhorn, you can buy a Y3 version with marks. It will be gold. It will be pretty. They will perform identically.

I can't comment on how well the Jellyhorn will be, but if it is close to what it once was then I'm not a fan of how the are bringing it back. I'm psyched they are bringing it back for sure, and if its the ghorn from before than they have made way to easy to obtain. I say bring the ghorn of old back but leave it to the rng again, let relive the excitement of see it drop in a raid, nightfall or any other end game event. Just my thoughts.

It's awesome they are bringing it back. It's also awesome that they are offering an iron version too. You'll still be able to aquire a normal one as a quest reward.
