149 RepliesGuys.. I'm sorry, I don't like to be the party popper but please realise this very true and simple fact. IT.... IS.... GOING.... TO.... SUCK.... Making a strong weapon like that a preorder item would achieve nothing good. You all need to seriously check your expectations and realise this thing will be a novelty item at best. If it's better than the raid weapons, then there would be no use in aquiring them. Congrats you just bought the strongest weapon right out of the gate. Sounds close to pay to win doesn't it. There's no chance in hell this will happen. If it did, it would validate all the negative criticism bungie has endured, and they have a stockpile of that already.

1 ReplySomething doesn't add up. Giving everyone the most powerful weapon to ever grace this game is somewhat unbalanced. Even in it's current state it's very powerful and a six man fire team would rinse through any boss put in front of them. A Gjallarhorn with a 99% Wolfpack Round nerf would still do more damage that every other Rocket Launcher in the game, because Initial Impact+WP Rounds is better than Initial Impact alone. It's either going to get another nerf or The Raid Bosses will be the spongiest Raid bosses ever or have a mechanic that renders conventional weapons useless like Oryx.

24 RepliesLol all you fools still think it's gonna be as op as it was! 😂😂😂😂😂 It was game breaking all in itself, that's why it wasn't originally brought forward. this was y1 and part of y2 destiny in a nutshell. "Hey guys were gonna go do this tonight" try a few times fail miserably, "okay guys break out the ghally" gets thru it no sweat required.... If that's what you are looking for in a video game, an easy button then you'll be glad to hear that a brand new my little ponies game just came out and it has a super easy mode. Enjoy! No thanks required.

Just wanted to point out that everyone is getting excited for weapon that was already yours back in Vanilla Grateful to Bungie for giving you, something that they took away from you in the first place. Something not right with that picture.

I still have my original Gjallarhorn that dropped for me in a nightfall on a quiet tuesday in Octobre 2014. That gun was -blam!-ing awesome

I'm glad to see it'll be back but it'll be about as overhyped as the sleeper simulant. People will expect it to be year 1 powered but it'll be post-nerf powered.
