So I go to shoulder charge you...you fire at me bringing my health down, shoulder charge lands and doesn't kill you, then you melee me and kill me? Nope. Shoulder charge is a high risk / high reward skill. If a decent player is ready for you...then you die 95% of the time. How about you learn counter strategies and use skill to win? You know adapt and overcome. Stop calling for nerfs on perfectly fine skills that are already easily countered.

You see a titan running at you preparing for shoulder charging, what do you do? A: Nothing so I can bitch on the forums how OP they are. B: shotgun to the face. C: Shadestep, jump, anything to evade them.

Please, stop whining. You make yourself and the hunters look bad. And i only give a shit about one of those so. Besides if you see a titan sprinting at you, he is either gonna FoH or shoulder charge. Grab a shotgun and kill him before he kills you.
