STOP. Just stop doing it. It's hard because it expects you to have done it normally before and it has variables to ramp up its difficulty. If you don't know about them and have joined a group of randoms, just say so. They may decide to teach you the ropes and carry you through. But many of us simply don't have the patience and time to do so. So here's a few tips for you all: 1) Read or watch any of the hundreds of YouTube walkthroughs that thoroughly explain the mechanics of each encounter. 2) Run the normal raid first and do so several times. Learn to do every important aspect of the raid (Warpriest aura and Golgoroth gaze holding, sisters and Oryx platform running, knowing when and how to detonate the blights, etc.). 3) Learn the small but important differences of the hard raid (Warpriest's taken attacks, Golgoroth's corrupted light exploding aura, the no pause after killing one of the sisters, taking down Oryx's light eating knights when they spawn). Then you can join the raid. Please, for the love of the gods, don't waste the limited time of people that have already done it and want to get through it as quickly as possible. That is all.
