The title says it all. If you use the Doctrine of Passing you have absolutely no gun skill. It's range is as broken as the OG Last Word (which I loved). It needs to be fixed and fixed quick.

I don't think Ward would complain after a gun.
-
2 RepliesFunny considering both versions of the weapon require some amount of skill to obtain.
-
4 RepliesStop complaining

8 RepliesDoctrine, mida, tlw, thorn. If you honestly believe these 4 weapons are not clearly better than all others then you are just lying to yourself. They are the easiest to use and have the quickest time to kill.

1 ReplyEdited by TrulyDontCare: 4/2/2016 7:19:19 PMYou said it's as bad as a weapon you loved. What's that say about you?
But seriously, -blam!- Doctrine.
False

5 RepliesEdited by Rebel_Lone_Wolf: 4/2/2016 4:37:12 PMI will continue to use mine. Thanks for your thoughts on it. Now play the game, stop crying, and adapt.

True, its annoying but not blatantly overpowered in my opinion

Edited by Cowboybebop: 4/2/2016 5:12:31 PMIve never used it until yesterday, I had a blue auto of the same archetype with terrible stats and it was op. Now that I've used the doctrine. ITS A PRIMARY -blam!-ING HMG. It's just so easy to use that when me (a player that has thumbs) It's op af.

1 ReplyEdited by swampNinja20: 4/2/2016 4:20:01 PMDestiny is NOT about gun skill. Go play Arma or Battlefeild 4..where sniper shots are affected by bullet drop and wind resistance

To be honest I'm not that good in pvp but I've been smashing the doctrine with of all things the Fabian strategy and bad juju

1 ReplyI picked up that counterbalance + braced frame Arminius from the gunsmith, and I actually keep losing to MIDA because of the fast fire rate and high caliber rounds, but in iron banner this week, the only time I've been top of the team was using that Arminius.
Just know the only reason I don't like MIDA is that I'm salty that I can never get it
1 ReplyLove hate relationship with it .. Try and use as many different guns as possible but if i get into a match with many dr's i get it out .. Sadly it is overused... Dead orbit has a nice auto rifle at the moment should try that one !

7 RepliesMida is a no skilled piece of shit, over saturated in pvp its as bad as Thorn. Come on ass hats use something elese

1 ReplyNot gunna help you, Doctrine is easy to counter, but you did make one point worthy of bringing back up its range, it's got the range of TLW but can reach out and touch you. Either way I don't care what ya use just help with the objective my Kappa's.

1 ReplyAll good, I run arminius-d.

2 RepliesComplaining about a decent gun=no skill

4 RepliesEdited by Waevd: 4/2/2016 6:23:00 AMDo you have one? Just a question.

2 RepliesBy that logic, no skill is required for any Auto Rifle. And by extension, no skill is required for any pulse rifle, as they're just the AR's little brother. And then, by further extension, Scout Rifles require no skill. And Hand Cannons are basically just short Scouts. So I guess what you're saying is that the only weapons that require any skill are secondaries, which is contradictory to what we usually hear on the forums, that Shotguns and Snipers require no skill. So really, no weapon on Destiny requires any skill, which means that *gasp* Destiny is a no-skill-required game! Which is all bullshit, because I suck...

2 RepliesLast Word users are potatos

2 RepliesGrow up. It's what an auto rifle should be, good close to mid range and not at longer range. Need to git gud

5 RepliesIn your expert opinion, what weapon(s) require skill to use in Destiny? I am guessing the answer will be whatever you have equipped.
