Just met amazing people in trials today...
So my team and I were 8-0, already used our mercy (me and another player was carrying someone else)
We needed one more win, we join the next round a little bit uneasy about not having our mercy (after losing it when we were 7-0)
We start up on widows court and instantly we see 'gt1 is down,' 'gt2 is down,' and 'gt3 is down.'
Every single round they just threw themselves off the map, and gave us an easy 5-0 win.
I messaged one of them after the game, basically thanking them for letting us get our last win, he told me that his team lost a match after going 8-0, so they decided to throw this match out of generosity.
Since I am grateful for these people and not shaming, their gamer tags were:

Sadly I did not think to record this... So I guess the only proof would be to msg these guys and find out for yourself, but why would I lie about something that was good that happened? This just shows that not all hope is lost for this community.
Edit: I appreciate all the positive feedback from everyone, and even more so when someone says something negative, and everyone comes in to prove him wrong. This is really showing there is hope for this community again.

3 RepliesI can 1up you. Me and my buddies were entering match 9 when one of our guys got booted. We had used mercy so he was -blam!-ed. All of a sudden 1 of their guys committed suicide. He did this at the beginning of every match, making it even 2v2. We lost 2 and won 5. We thanked them and they were so chill they wanted to even the playing field.

Would it feel better if the guy actually earned the ninth win? Sure. Is it unfair that this guy got a free win to go flawless and you didn't? Sure. But it isn't OP's fault they gave up and handed him a victory. It was a nice gesture. Can't we just enjoy that someone did something thoughtful for someone else? No. We have to shit on it because nothing gets through these forums without being shit on. Unreal. It's so sad. OP, I think this is pretty cool and I'm glad you caught a break.

3 RepliesI went in yesterday and first 3 games, snipe, snipe, snipe, repeat. Started getting bored, but we got a few kills in between the tedium. Last game the enemy team ran down and used primaries. Actual primary weapons!! We went 3-3, but then one of them started to sit back and snipe. We lost 5-3, but man those first 6 games were fun. Please make trials primary weapon only (no NLB, Vex or universal remote).

I don't play a lot of PvP. It pisses me off more than anything and I feel like snipers/hand cannons are the only weapons used. I play COD for decent PvP. I would love it if that happened to me. I only want to get carried once for the grimoire and that's it. I'll never step foot in ToO ever again. Nice to see there are people like that out there!

I wish that this wasn't possible. No offense to you or any other blueberries but I wish that Trials Of Osiris was the super competetive gamemode it was adveratised to be. I know my status says carrying to the lighthouse thats just to add challenge to an otherwise easy mode.
