I don't think bad, but there is absolutely evidence that ghosts have different personalities and that those personalities tend to reflect that of the guardian. I'm thinking of Jaren Ward's silent ghost and Dredgen Yor's ethically philosophical ghost. And if you think back to when our guardian had voice acting you could argue the ghost and guardian had similar traits. Inquisitive, maybe slightly naive, determined.
