Petition to buff Nothing Manacles
I am an avid Voidwalker in the crucible (I feel like Sunsinger is cheesy and I am not a fan of Stormcaller) but I feel like the exotic Nothing Manacles doesn't feel very "exotic" the tracking on them only occurs if you throw it right at their feet and it's just very underwhelming. I know other Guardians agree with me. So sign below if you agree that they should be buffed.
Edit 1: The problem is not getting kills with the grenades, it's that the tracking only works if it's right under their feet.

Oh the ones they stealth nerfed???? Yeah I'd agree to that. It's almost like they use Nerfs to direct is into playing a certain way.

No thanks. You can all hate me for saying it all you like but nerf the other grenades down. The game doesn't need to come down to your level because you can't succeed. The players should be why anything is good not the other way around. Though again proceed to be the herd that you all are.

2 RepliesEdited by untouchableboy: 3/17/2016 5:20:31 AMAs a Voidwalker main who laughs at and res snipes sunsingers to bits, I have to say the manacles are pretty balanced. yeah the tracking feature is somewhat limited unless you throw with reasonable accuracy, but I feel as if that balances the seventh columns you can get with it and bloom put together when the entire enemy team is at a control point. If the tracking had the range of a firebolt grenade it would be utterly and ridiculously overpowered. Even with all the burns a firebolt grenade cant make a kill by itself. 'Gjallarhorn' grenades, however as I like to call them, would not only have immense range AND tracking, but also have the destructive potential to kill AN ENTIRE ENEMY FIRETEAM, So yeah, I think they're good as is.

Dude there have been plenty of times where i throw my scatter and get a direct before it split and somehow they live with their shield barely damaged. That shouldnt happen

Manacles used to be pretty good...man, they suck now.

I dunno, they need a buff, but honestly, one nice thing would be if the grenades did less dmg to yourself because I've been killed by my own homing projectiles multiple times when using them, but i think they got nerfed since then. Really, unless your opponent is still the grenade deals roughly the same amount of dmg. Rather have 2 melees over them, and its sad because I was reeally excited for them when they came out.
