Any CE items will be available through the Speaker, the Exotic Armour Collection kiosk, and the Emotes collection kiosk.

How about the item that level your character to 25? Is the ce item code one time use because i uninstall and reinstall game to see if the ce items will come back to tower?

You'll be able to reinstall, but your items are in the the server so nothing will change. You won't be able to get the Spark of Light, though.
